SimpleChime FAQs

Everything you need to know  before you switch

Straight answers about how SimpleChime fits into your practice, your existing systems, and your patients' day-to-day experience.

Getting Started
SimpleChime is a healthcare communication platform that brings phone, text, scheduling, and email into one connected system. It helps medical practices manage patient conversations without juggling multiple tools or missing calls.
SimpleChime connects to your existing office phone number and patient communication channels. Calls, texts, and online bookings flow into one dashboard, while automation and AI handle routine tasks like reminders, follow ups, and answering common patient questions.
SimpleChime is built for medical practices and clinics of all sizes, including primary care, specialty practices, and multi-location groups. Any healthcare team looking to reduce manual call handling and streamline patient communication can benefit.
SimpleChime addresses missed calls, long hold times, no-shows, and the time spent on manual scheduling and reminders. It reduces the volume of repetitive phone work so your team can focus on patient care instead of administrative tasks.
